The affirmations on these CD's are written with the purpose of accessing our most deep seated beliefs,
blockages and fears. In combination with music that synchronizes the theta brainwave patterns of the
mind, these blockages and fears are accessed and released, as are the negative affirmations we
might be holding as true within the deep recesses of our minds.
Positive suggestions are then made with the intention of releasing endorphins which feel good and
encourage the brain to change its negative belief systems to affirming the positive ones. Theta brainwave patterns are found in the deepest part of our subconscious mind. This is
